  17. Try entering "ats0=0&w&w0&w1".  This will save the ats0 setting to each 
  18. of your modem profiles.  The only other potential problem is that 
  19. another comm or fax program is setting your modem to auto-answer.  If 
  20. this is the case, you should input the ats0 in whatever init string you 
  21. run on making a connection.
